:leadspresto: uses Microsoft Access as the central database. During installation, it asks if you would like to install along with the database. In an organization where multiple users would use :leadspresto:, only the first user needs to install with database. All the remaining users install without the database and configure :leadspresto: to use the database installed by the first user.
